Quantum Building Concepts was founded on a belief that the construction industry had left a gap at the top of the market. Not in price. Not in ambition. In capability.
High-net-worth clients, luxury developers, and marquee hospitality brands were writing checks for landmark projects and finding that most firms could manage the paperwork but not the complexity. Architectural problems got passed back. Engineering challenges became client burdens. Visions got watered down until the finished product was unrecognizable from what was agreed.
Quantum was built to be the answer to that. A firm where the people signing the contracts are the same people on the ground, solving the problems, making the decisions, and holding the standard from the first conversation to the final closeout.
We are not a management company that oversees construction. We are builders who manage. That distinction matters more than most clients realize until they have worked with both.

Most construction firms manage from a distance. They coordinate subcontractors, review schedules, and report progress. When something goes wrong, the client finds out after the fact.
Quantum operates differently. Our Managing Partners are active on every project. Not in a supervisory capacity. On the ground, in the field, making real decisions in real time.
When an architectural design does not align with structural reality, we identify it before it becomes a change order. When a client wants to move a wall, add a bar, reconfigure an entire floor, or build something that has never been done before, we do not tell them why it cannot be done. We figure out how to do it.

Michael Jones
Michael is the founder of Quantum Building Concepts and the driving force behind the firm’s vision. With more than 20 years of field experience in ground-up commercial and luxury residential construction, he has built a reputation for taking on technically demanding projects and delivering them without compromise.
His portfolio spans luxury hospitality, high-rise residential, institutional infrastructure, and complex commercial builds across more than 15 states. Michael is currently leading the active Rosewood luxury high-rise build in Dallas, with a Ritz Carlton project to follow.
He founded Quantum on a straightforward premise: clients at the top of the market deserve a builder that matches their standard.

Jay Fitzsimons
Jay brings more than 30 years of field experience to Quantum, with a track record spanning some of the most recognized construction projects in the country. He has worked on projects with combined values exceeding $2.5 billion, from luxury high-rise residential to large-scale commercial and institutional builds.
As Project Superintendent on VIA 57 West in Manhattan, Jay delivered 100 high-end residential units on the iconic Bjarke Ingels Group tetrahedron tower, earning the 2016 CTBUH Tall Building Award. Additional projects include Pier 17 at South Street Seaport, the 28-acre Garvies Point mixed-use development, and the 40-story Victor at Victory Park in Dallas.

Jeremy Patrick
Jeremy is the founder of Power House Commercial Services LLC, a licensed commercial electrical and mechanical firm he built from the ground up since 2008 into a team of more than 30 professionals. His portfolio includes over 200 completed commercial projects across the United States, among them a 25-story hotel in downtown Dallas, large-scale industrial facilities, and multi-family residential developments.
Jeremy’s expertise covers electrical systems, HVAC and mechanical, refrigeration, commercial plumbing, datacom, and facility controls. Every project his team delivers is supervised by a Master Electrician. At Quantum, Jeremy leads the mechanical and electrical dimension of every build, ensuring the systems inside every project are held to the same standard as the structure itself.

Brandon Smith
Brandon brings years of construction industry experience to Quantum with a proven track record across high-profile residential and commercial developments. His background spans large-scale multifamily and luxury high-rise projects, as well as specialized commercial and industrial builds.
Known for his ability to coordinate across superintendents, subcontractors, and support teams, Brandon keeps complex projects moving with a focus on problem-solving, timeline adherence, and budget discipline. His approach to project management is direct, organized, and results-driven.
At Quantum, Brandon applies that same standard to every project he leads, ensuring that what is agreed at the outset is what gets delivered at closeout.
