Quantum has delivered luxury residential units at some of the most architecturally complex high-rise projects in the country. Our team served as Project Superintendent on VIA 57 West in Manhattan, the Bjarke Ingels Group tetrahedron tower, delivering 100 high-end residential units through first TCO on a project recognized by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat with the 2016 Tall Building Award. That level of technical precision and high-finish delivery is what we bring to every high-rise residential project we take on.
